Hello, everybody. I recently bought a BodyLine dress, and like a fool, I bought a size M like usual. This size M through, alas, is smaller than the average size M- with the sheering. When making a three Tiered skirt, do you gather everything to the same length? How do you get that Lolita flair? Obviously each tier has an added amount of fabric. Tier 1 should be around your hip size, tier 2 should be doubled and tier 3 should be tripled.
